Not Quite a Re-launch.

There comes a moment in business where a relaunch no longer feels like a complicated campaign. It feels like you’re finally arriving at a moment that seems natural after all the time you’ve given something.

After two years, that’s what I’m seeing with Stand-In Co-Founder.

We’re ready for a new name for our agency model but I’m waiting for that to unravel at its own pace.

Nothing is rushed here anymore. We’re no longer marketing 100X revenue like everyone in our industry is doing, though revenue increase is what we look for after we realign strategy for our partners.

We’ve spent the last 2 years translating friction, complexity, and lack of capacity into something founders and their teams can understand that finally leads to direction and clarity. I’ve always done this through a design lens, though the principles were always hard to translate into a framework until now.

Our agency sees beauty as a form of rebellion – radical and intentional slowness in a world that’s going way too fast and way too dysregulated. Despite being service based, we see every business we work in as a product – a work of art that’s flat or lost in expression and structure, like an artist trying to paint with the wrong tools or without a medium.

To us, a complex business is simply one that’s poorly designed.

Our team solves everything with that core principle and use our multiple disciplines to creatively solve them.

We’re leaving behind a lot of misaligned projects but that means we now have space to work with founders who align with our philosophy, perspective, and way of moving through the world.

If you’re here, welcome to our journey. We’re back and more aligned than ever before.
